1. What are your products made of?
Our candles and wax melts are made from high-quality, eco-friendly soy wax, ensuring a cleaner burn and longer-lasting fragrance. We also use premium fragrance oils and natural wicks to create the best possible experience.
2. How long do your candles and wax melts last?
The burn time of our candles depends on their size, but on average, they last between 30 to 60 hours. Our wax melts can last multiple uses, depending on the size of the melt and how long you leave it on. Generally, each melt will release its fragrance for 8–12 hours before needing to be replaced.
3. Can I use your products indoors?
Yes, our candles and wax melts are perfect for indoor use, as long as they’re burned in a safe environment. Always place candles on a heatproof surface and never leave a burning candle unattended. Wax melts are safe to use in any wax melter designed for them.
4. How do I care for my candle or wax melt?
For candles:
- Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use to prevent a tall flame and ensure an even burn.
- Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface to avoid tunneling.
- Never leave a candle burning unattended, and always extinguish the flame before leaving the room.
For wax melts:
- Use in a wax melter designed for melts. Place one or two pieces in the top and allow the fragrance to fill the room.
- Once the fragrance has dissipated, carefully remove the melted wax and dispose of it (or save the mold for another melt).
5. Are your products safe for pets and children?
While our products are made with high-quality, non-toxic ingredients, we recommend always practicing fire safety around pets and children. Keep candles and melting wax out of reach and never leave them unattended. Always supervise pets and children in the vicinity of open flames or melting wax.
6. How do I place an order?
